Die betroffenen Produkte sind mit einem Title „Tax-free” gekennzeichnet. Um von der gesenkten Steuer zu profitieren, müssen Sie die Bedingungen laut § 12 ABS. 3 USTG (für Deutschland) oder § 28 Abs. 62 UStG 1994 (für Österreich) erfüllen. Details dazu finden Sie weiter unten.Packen Sie Ihre Artikel wie gewohnt in den Warenkorb, an der Kasse bestätigen Sie dann die Erfüllung der Bedingungen mittels eines Häkchen im letzten Bestellschritt. From 2023, significant tax relief has been decided for operators of photovoltaic systems. Both for income tax and the sale of solar systems, the conditions according to Section 12 ABS. 3 USTG, the sales tax rate drops to 0%.
For Austria
§ 28 para. 62 UStG 1994 regulates that from January 1, 2024, sales tax will no longer be due on deliveries, intra-community purchases, imports and installations of photovoltaic modules (so-called “zero tax rate “ or “real sales tax exemption”).
