Return and reimbursement
To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our products, we are pleased to offer the following guarantee for our product.
Limited warranty on the battery, limited warranty on the charger and charge controller, limited warranty on the inverter, and limited warranty on other accessories (other accessories include power strips, battery boxes, monitors, bus bars, switches, circuit breakers, fuse holders, ANL fuses, and six-way fuses).
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the user (“Purchaser”).
This limited warranty covers material defects in materials or workmanship and performance.
If an Energy Product fails to conform to this Limited Warranty and any and all energy losses are determined by the Warrantor's technical support team, the Warrantor will repair or replace the defective Product with new or refurbished products.
All replacement products are compatible with the original product and have the same or greater power rating (in some cases).
If for any reason the energy source cannot repair or replace the defective product, a refund is available.
The proportional guarantee states that the products manufactured by the energy company (“Guarantor”) will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service.
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the user ("Buyer").
This limited warranty covers major defects in materials, workmanship, and performance and follows the limited warranty guidelines. Additionally, the following table is attached, detailing replacement costs for prorated warranty replacement programs. *Please note: Improper installation or operation of the battery will void the warranty.

A notice:
① Outside the EU and to islands, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the original order was shipped within the EU, the customer will bear the additional shipping costs for shipments outside the EU or to islands.
② Before a refund, exchange or discount is granted, the product registered for warranty must be tested and evaluated by the manufacturer.
Timeusb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not yet received it, please report it to the appropriate shipping company according to the information provided on our tracking page.

Return and refund due to product problems
The purchase price at that time - (monthly depreciation fee * number of months since purchase of the product + one-way return shipping costs)
A notice:
①Monthly depreciation fee=The purchase price of the product/The warranty period (the warranty period is calculated in months, e.g. 5 years warranty corresponds to 60 months)
② If the purchase period is 3 months, you will get a 100% refund.

Note: If the buyer returns the returned product to the warehouse themselves, the seller does not need to deduct this fee: If the buyer uses the prepaid return label provided by the seller and returns the product, they are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Cancel order
Before the shipping process begins, the customer can cancel the transaction at any time.The shipping process typically begins within 30 minutes of placing the order. If it is not possible to cancel the order before shipping, the customer should attempt to contact DPD/DHL/GLS and refuse to accept the package. If these steps are unsuccessful, the return can be processed according to the return policy.
Exclusions and limitations
Without the express written permission of the manufacturer, the batteries may not be used as life support systems or as primary or emergency power for medical equipment, nor for any application where battery failure could result in personal injury, loss of life, or catastrophic property damage. Use of the batteries in this manner is at the purchaser's own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims all liability for damages resulting from such applications. In addition, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse any service for batteries used for the above purposes and shall not be liable for any claims or damages due to the refusal of service.
Reasonable wear rate
The use of unauthorized parts or unauthorized modification of parts within the range prohibited by the manufacturer's written instructions.
The defect is caused by persons other than the manufacturer, including violations of the written operating, maintenance, installation and commissioning instructions, manuals and agreements provided to the purchaser, by the operation or maintenance of the product by such persons or by the installation and commissioning of the equipment and materials.
Destruction, misuse or force majeure.
The consumables or outputs expected during normal, regular operation and maintenance of the product.
Customer responsibilities:
The customer is responsible for performing proper maintenance and understanding the limitations of the product. This includes:
1. Excessive discharge due to self-discharge during storage.
2. A non-starting battery is used incorrectly as a starting battery or in applications for which the product is not designed.
3. Open or modify the product.
4. Too high voltage/current applied.
5. Improper storage, e.g. damage caused by storage at non-recommended temperature or in a manner not recommended according to the user manual.
6. Using a product that is too small.
7.Mechanical damage caused by shock, excessive vibration, penetration, etc.
8. Damage caused by reversed polarity or reversed connection.
9. Damage caused by liquids or resulting internal corrosion.
10.Using an incorrect charger or incorrect charging settings.
11. Use a device with built-in charging to accommodate different battery types.
12. Activating the battery for series or parallel connection will result in product failure.
13. As described in this document, connect the battery to a voltage or current that exceeds the supported voltage or current.
